Logging the Harvest

You pay for what you pick. AgriLink helps you prove exactly how much came out of the field.

The “Bucket Scan”

When a worker brings a full bin to the trailer:

1. Switch Mode: Toggle the scanner to Harvest Mode (tap the fruit icon).
2. Scan the Badge: Scan the worker’s badge.
3. Scan the Bin: (Optional) If you tag your bins, scan the bin tag next.
4. Confirm: The screen will flash just like a check-in.

Group Picking?

If a crew is sharing a macro-bin:

1. Select Group Scan.
2. Scan the badges of everyone in the crew.
3. Scan the bin. The system will split the credit evenly among them.

Checking Totals

Want to know if you hit your quota?

• Tap Live Dashboard to see the total bin count for the day.
• You can filter by field or by crew to see who is pulling their weight.
