Starting the Day (Check-In)

The sun is up, the dew is on the ground, and the bus just arrived. Here is how to get 50 workers checked in before your coffee gets cold.

The Routine

1. Open the Scanner: Tap the Scan tab at the bottom of your screen.
2. Line ‘Em Up: Have workers have their badges ready.
3. Scan: Point and shoot. The app will beep (and vibrate) to confirm the scan.
   • Green Screen: Good to go. Clocked in.
   • Red Screen: Problem. (Usually means they are already clocked in or the badge is invalid).

Late Arrivals?

If a worker shows up at 9 AM, scan them in just the same. The system logs the exact time, so you aren’t paying for hours they didn’t work.

Lunch Break

You don’t need to scan everyone out for lunch unless you really want to. Most farms just deduct the standard 30 minutes automatically. Check your Payroll Settings to configure this.
