Setting Up Your Digital Barn

Before we head out to the field, we need to get your “Digital Barn” in order. This is a one-time setup to make sure everything runs smooth when the season heats up.

1. Create Your Account

You’ve likely already done this. If not, follow the link in your invitation email. Tip: Use a password you can remember, but one that’s meaningless to anyone else.

2. Invite Your Foremen

You can’t be everywhere at once. Give your trusted field supervisors access so they can run scans too.

1. Go to Team Settings.
2. Click Invite Member.
3. Enter their email and select Role: Foreman.
4. They’ll get an email to set up their own password.

3. Print Worker Badges

AgriLink runs on QR codes. Every worker needs a badge.

1. Go to the Workers tab.
2. Select all your active workers.
3. Click Print Badges.
4. Laminate them! Mud and rain happen.

Pro Tip: Keep a backup binder of badges in the truck, just in case a worker forgets theirs.
