Your first workflow walkthrough

So you have your crew lined up and you are ready to start the day.

1. Tap “Scanner”

Look for the button at the bottom of the screen that looks like a little QR code. Tap it.

2. Point it at a Badge

Hold your phone up like you are taking a picture of the badge.

• Tip: You don’t need to press a button. The camera will snap it automatically when it sees the code.
• You’ll hear a Beep. That means “Good!“.

3. Check the screen

The screen will flash Green and show the worker’s name.

• “Checked In: Juan Garcia”
• Time: 6:00 AM

If you see Red, stick your hand up to shade the badge from the sun and try again.

You just did your first scan. Easy, right?
